The journey will start from the tourist hub Pokhara. We will begin with a two-hour drive from Pokhara to Kimche. Our actual trek will start from Kimche, where we will trek to Annapurna Base Camp through Ghandruk, Chomrong, Himalaya, Deurali, and Macchapuchhre Base Camp. Along the way, we will enjoy the vibrant local culture, lush forests, panoramic views of the majestic Himalayas, and dip in the natural hot springs in Jhinu Danda. You get to spend the 7 days of the trek exploring and enjoying the beauty of the Annapurna Region.

People trek to Annapurna Base Camp even in extreme weather conditions. But ideally, to avoid harsh winter or monsoon, the best time to travel to Annapurna Base Camp is during the pre-monsoon (spring) and post-monsoon (autumn) seasons.

Day 2 : Trek from Ghandruk to Chomrong(2170m)/Sinuwa(2340m)
The next day will start at Ghandruk, where you will hike to Kimrong Danda(ridge). We will then walk downhill into the forest trails to Kimrong River. Then, after a climb to the hilltop followed by a stone-paved path, we will get to Chromrong Village. The Chomrong village is also the last permanent human settlement on the route to ABC.
If we get to Chomrong earlier, we can trek further to Sinuwa. After Chomrong, there is a downhill trail to the Chomrong River, followed by an uphill walk to Sinuwa, where we will spend our night.
Day 3 : Trek from Chomrong/Sinuwa to Himalaya(2890m)/Deurali(3174m)
Day 3 will start either from Chomrong or Sinuwa, depending on where we stay the 2nd night. The trail passes from deep bamboo and lush rhododendrons to the Himalaya. If we stayed the earlier night in Chomrong, we would spend our night in the Himalaya or get to Deurali.
Day 4 : Trek from Himalaya/Deurali to Annapurna Base Camp(4130m) via Macchapucchre Base Camp(3700m)
We will trek through the Modi Khola from the Himalaya, followed by a short climb to Deurali. If we are already at Deurali, our trek will pass through the Macchapucchre Base Camp, enjoying the stunning views of the panoramic mountains. The trek will continue to Annapurna Base Camp, with trails close to Annapurna glaciers. At 4130m above sea level at Annapurna Base Camp, you will be in awe of the 360-degree view of the Annapurna range, Macchapuchhre, Gangapurna, and Hiunchuli mountains.
The Annapurna Base Camp offers cozy hospitality with a nice lodge, including wide options of food on the menu and rooms facing the beautiful Himalayas. Witness the breathtaking sunset and prepare for the night in the Annapurna Base Camp.
Day 5 : Trek from Annapurna Base Camp to Bamboo(2345m)
The morning at Annapurna Base Camp will start with a beautiful sunrise over the grandeur of Annapurna, Machapuchare, and other peaks. We will then descend from the Base Camp with spectacular views of the Annapurna Sanctuary from a different perspective. Reflect on your incredible journey to the Base Camp.
From Annapurna Base Camp, we will descend through the Modi River towards Bamboo, passing through familiar landscapes and enjoying the final moments of the trek.
Day 6 : Trek from Bamboo to Jhinu Danda(1780m)
The trek on the 6th day starts from Bamboo, where we head down to Kimrong River and pass through the lush forests of rhododendron and oak towards Chomrong. We continue our trek to a small settlement in Jhinu Danda, famous for its riverside natural hot springs.
You can dip in the natural hot springs and relax the tired muscles from all the trekking. We will relax and stay at Jhinu Danda for the night.
Day 7 : Trek from Jhinu Danda to Shyauli Bazar then Drive to Pokhara via Nayapul
The last day of our trek will start at Jhinu Danda. We will complete the trek's final leg from Jhinu Danda to Ghandruk Phedi. It will take around 3 to 4 hours of leisure walking to reach Phedi. Then, we will drive through Birethanti and Nayapul to reach Pokhara.
If time permits, we can also walk through the beautiful lakeside of Pokhara and enjoy the evening by mesmerizing the precious memories from the short trek to Annapurna Base Camp.
