Spring and Autumn
Want to venture deep into the woods but dislike walking? No issues! You may discover the woodlands of Bardiya National Park with our Bardiya Jungle Safari Tour Package to uncover the native territory of the endangered Royal Bengal Tigers. One of the most memorable experiences you will have in Nepal will undoubtedly be your trip to Bardiya.
About 1000 square kilometers of land is covered by Nepal's Bardia National Park, which is located in the south-western Terai. The park, which stretches from the Churia hills in the south to the gently sloping Bhabhar, is the biggest and least populated natural territory in the Terai. Relative to Chitwan National Park, Bardiya National Park receives fewer visitors since it is located in a rural, undeveloped far-western region. In the Bardiya National Park, there are rivers, wide grasslands, and dry forests with abundance of cotton and silk plants.
Over 250 distinct bird varieties may be seen at the park in Bardiya. The national park is a home to several species, including tigers, blackbuck antelopes, wild elephants, fish eagles, crested serpent eagles, and goshawks. The legendary Karnali River, located at the western boundary, is host to Gangetic dolphins, the endangered mugger crocodile and masher game fishes. But we also make time to appreciate and take in the cuisine and culture of the Tharus.
