The roof trusses also include some incredibly detailed carvings of Tantric saints.

Upon your arrival to Kathmandu, you will be received by our staff at the airport and you will be accommodated to a hotel in the Kathmandu Valley.
You will be picked up at your hotel after your morning breakfast. You'll have early morning insights of Bhaktapur Durbar Square, visit all of the famous monuments including the Golden Gate, the 55 Windows Place, Nyatapola Temple, Pashupati Erotic Temple, Shiddhi Laxmi Temple, Vairab Temple and Bishnu Temple.
You can then visit the Pottery Square, taking a break from temples and shrines. You may wander around Pottery Square, situated at the south of Bhaktapur Durbar Square, which is the heart of Bhaktapur's pottery business. Several stores sell the final product, and the fire process may be seen at the rear side of the plaza, which is ringed by mud-covered straw burners.
You will next head to Changunarayan, which is located 7 kilometers north of Bhaktapur, after exploring the Bhaktapur Durbar Square. You can go on a short hike that would take you about 30 an hour to reach Trishul danda. Trishul Danda's breath-taking landscape ensures that you won't look back on your hike with regret.
After that, you shall return to Changunarayan and have your lunch there. You will then travel to the UNESCO's World Heritage Site enlisted Changu Narayan Temple, widely known as the oldest temple all of Nepal. You can visit the temple, small shrines around it and stroll a bit and then you'll be dropped off back to your hotel.
