Day 2 : Kathmandu to Sundarijal to Chisapani (2,300m)
After breakfast, we drive to Sundarijal, which is around an hour's drive from Kathmandu. From there, we start our trek by climbing up the stone steps to reach Shivapuri National Park. The trail passes through the dense forests of rhododendron and oak trees. After a few hours of trekking, we reach Chisapani, a beautiful hilltop village with stunning views of the Himalayas.
Day 3 : Chisapani to Kutumsang (2,470m)
After breakfast, we start our trek by descending through the forested trail. We pass through several traditional villages and cross a few streams before reaching Pati Bhanjyang, a small settlement with tea houses and shops. From there, we ascend to Kutumsang, a beautiful village surrounded by green hills and snow-capped mountains.
Day 4 : Kutumsang to Thadepati (3,650m)
Today's trek is challenging as we have to ascend to Thadepati, which is at an altitude of 3,650 meters. The trail passes through lush forests and beautiful meadows, offering stunning views of the mountains. We also pass through several traditional villages and streams before reaching Thadepati, a small village with a few tea houses.
Day 5 : Thadepati to Tarke Gyang (2,590m)
After breakfast, we start our trek by descending through the dense forests of rhododendron and oak trees. We pass through several traditional villages and cross a few streams before reaching Tarke Gyang, a beautiful village with a unique culture and traditional lifestyle of the Tamang and Sherpa communities.
Day 6 : Tarke Gyang to Sermathang (2,610m)
Today's trek is relatively easy as we descend through the beautiful trail, passing through traditional villages, monasteries, and Chortens. We also get to witness the unique culture and traditional lifestyle of the Tamang and Sherpa communities. After a few hours of trekking, we reach Sermathang, a beautiful village with stunning views of the mountains.
Day 7 : Sermathang to Melamchi Bazaar and Kathmandu
After breakfast, we start our trek by descending the beautiful trail, passing through traditional villages and lush forests. We also cross a few streams before reaching Melamchi Bazaar, where we catch our bus to Kathmandu. The drive to Kathmandu takes around 3-4 hours, and we reach the city by late afternoon. We have the rest of the day to explore the vibrant streets of Kathmandu or relax in our hotel.
Day 8 : Fly Back Home
This is the day of farewell where you accomplish the journey and leave for your home. Three hours prior to your boarding time, our staff will receive you from your hotel and drop you off at the Tribhuvan International Airport. We really enjoyed hosting you.
