Are you seeking for a quick photography trip outside of your native country? Grab your luggage and embark on a fascinating journey across Nepal.

Nepal is considered as a photographer's paradise since it is blessed to eight of the world's tallest mountains and ten UNESCO - World Heritage Sites. Every passionate photographer will find intriguing photographic backgrounds in the breathtaking Himalayan panorama, diversified fauna, rich culture, and historical palaces. With a Nepal Photography Trip, you may portray Nepal's aesthetic scenery.

Your visit to Nepal will lead you to witnessing multicolored prayer flags spreading from spiritual stupas. Take up-close pictures of locals wearing traditional attire, such as Hindu sacred men (Sadhu). While enjoying a safari jeep trip through the beautiful woods of Chitwan National Park, those who are eager may also get some great photos of tigers, leopards, single-horned rhinoceroses, or even endangered aquatic dolphins. You can shot the prominent Buddhist pilgrimage sites and inhale serenity and peace from Lumbini.

Detailed Itinerary

Day 1 : Landing at Tribhuvan International Airport and exploring Kathmandu

Meals : Welcome Drinks

At the Kathmandu airport's arrival zone, staff from our service will receive you and take you to your accommodation in Kathmandu. Following check-in, we will have a short review of the photography trip, which will include the schedule, an introduction to a professional photographer conducting the trip, a lesson on street photographing etiquette, and basic photography guidelines. After the photography workshop and some brunch, we will head to Swayambhunath, also referred to as the "Monkey Temple". Swayambhunath is among Nepal's sacred locations, and the stupa has served as a symbol of peace for Buddhists for many years have some snapshots of the stupa and the panoramic valley. Next, we'll go to Pashupatinath, which is home to some of the world's last surviving religious monuments as well as Nepal's most holy cremation site. Clicking photos inside the premises of the temple is strictly prohibited so you can only snap the exterior architecture and nature of Pashupatinath. Prior to beginning our visit to Kathmandu (Basantapur) Durbar Square, also referred to as the Hanuman Dhoka, we'll pause for lunch. This Durbar Square is among the three royal residences of the ancient dynasties, and also is a classic illustration of Newari architecture. In the afternoon, we will take a few candid photos in the crowded neighborhood and markets with their consent. We'll return to the hotel once you've explored the bazaar. You'll now have insights into Bhaktapur Durbar Square, and visit some of the famous monuments including the Golden Gate, 55 Windows Place, Nyatapola Temple, Vairab Temple, and Pottery Square. After our first day's visit to UNESCO's heritage sites, we'll head back to the hotel and enjoy our supper.

The day begins with a delicious breakfast at the accommodation leading to Patan Durbar Square, where you will visit and capture some of the famous temples including Krishna Mandir, Bhimsen Temple, Taleju Bhawani, Golden Temple: Hiranya and Mahadouddha Temple. You can also taste the local Newari cuisine like Bara, Yomari, Chatamari, etc. (not included) We then head to our next spot of the day, which is Kritipur for visiting the renowned Bagh Bhairav temple and the Umamaheswor temple. The Kirtipur Cottage Industry Centre, which houses the majority of the town's businesses, is a fantastic location to observe and shoot traditional crafts being made live. Then, we'll proceed to the Dakshinkali Temple, which honors goddess Kali, the most ferocious incarnation of goddess Parvati. Numerous goats, cocks, ducks, buffalos, and lambs are offered as sacrifices since doing so is traditional in Nepal. Clicking photos inside the premises of the temple is strictly prohibited so you can only snap the exterior architecture and nature of Dakshinkali. You will now be dropped off at your hotel after today's long journey.

After an early breakfast, we will travel to Chitwan National Park for a two-night and three-day jungle safari adventure. We will capture the beautiful scenery of hills and the Trishuli River on our way to Chitwan. Lunch will be served either on route to Chitwan or after we get there. After settling in at the accommodation, you'll be led by a tour guide on a visit to a typical Tharu hamlet where you can discover their distinctive culture, attire, architecture, language, way of life, and the well-known Mithila artworks. We will go to Tharu village to shoot the locals and the surrounding landscape. We will then photograph the stunning sunset from the bank of the Rapti River. A delicious supper and Tharu stick dance will round out the day at the hotel.

We will explore the outdoors after breakfast by going on a jungle tour, and then we'll go on an exciting canoe trip down the Rapti River witnessing monkeys jumping on the trees, elephants bathing in the water, and deer munching the field. We will continue our Jeep safari exploration of the deep forest after lunch in order to take pictures of rare species. Either we'll stop at the elephant breeding facility in the afternoon, or we'll enjoy the sunset from the Rapti riverbed before supper. Following supper, you'll enjoy a melodic night where Tharu performers will enliven the occasion. After the fun session, we’ll be spending our night at the hotel itself.

You’ll get a wake-up call from the hotel’s staff and we’ll leave for an early breakfast downstairs. After the delightful breakfast, we make our way to experience the chirps of varieties of birds such as Bar-headed geese, Bulbul, Buzzards, Eagles, Myna, peacocks, and many more, and snap some portraits. With an early morning tour around the Sauraha Hamlet, we pack our bags and check out from the hotel, departing for Lumbini. On your 5 hours drive to Lumbini, we'll explore the beautiful nature from Sauraha to Siddarthanagar and photograph the rivers, plains, and streets. On our trail to Lumbini, we'll stop by for lunch and head to a 3-starred hotel there. After settling with the accommodation, we'll provide some general advice on photo editing techniques after supper to assist you in polishing your photographs. You can go for a stroll to the farmlands, wheat fields, as well as other agricultural areas that enhance the beauty of Lumbini and snapshots of the surrounding.

After a deliberate breakfast, we make our way to explore Lumbini. We visit the Mayadevi temple which is the birthplace of Lord Buddha, the Ashoka Pillar, the holy Pushkarini pond, several Buddhist stupas, Chaitya, and other sites. You may capture the beauty of the Mayadevi Temple, and the ancient artifacts like metal sculptures, coins, architecture, and so on. In monasteries or gardens, you may meditate for some hours and breathe in the serenity of Lumbini. Overnight at a hotel in Lumbini.

We now head on to our last but the most exciting destination of our package which is POKHARA. Our 7 hours drive by a private vehicle from Lumbini leads us to the city of lakes which almost feels like an entrance to heaven. Pokhara is gorgeously ornamented with sparkling lakes with a panorama of lofty snow-capped peaks. After arriving, we'll eat lunch next to Phewa Lake. We check in to our hotel and refresh ourselves followed by boating at Phewa Tal for taking scenic photographs. You can take stunning evening photographs of the cloudless sky with the summits or Phewa Lake as a background. You may stroll to the Pokhara Bazaar and take some street photographs. After dinner, you may have a good sleep because we'll leave quite early the next morning.

At about four in the morning, we shall get this day started with tea/coffee. To photograph the blue hour just before daybreak, we will ascend to the Sarangkot overlook. The Himalayan summits including Mt. Annapurna, Mt. Dhaulagiri, Mt. Machhapuchhre, and Mt. Lamjung can all be seen from Sarangkot, a viewpoint at 1,600 meters that is adjacent to Pokhara. A breathtaking aerial picture of Pokhara's cityscape and Phewa Lake is also presented. Following lunch, we will go on an excursion to Devis Fall, Gupteshwor Cave, Seti Gorge and World Peace Pagoda to capture the scenery and perform various caving adventures. The lengthy day will be brought to a close with a meal in the bustling city of Pokhara, before returning to the accommodation.

Upon breakfast, we'll board the bus and return back to Kathmandu via the Prithvi Highway route. We'll take a lunch break along the route. We'll drive you to the hotel when you get there so you may check and evaluate the pictures you took. We'll throw a farewell meal and organize a photograph-sharing event for the attendees in the evening.

This is the day of farewell where you accomplish your photography tour and leave for your home. Three hours prior to your boarding time, our staff will receive you from your hotel and drop you off at the Tribhuvan International Airport. We really enjoyed hosting you.
