Unforgettable Annapurna base camp trek
28 Jun 2023

We had a great time hiking with hiking bees. From the arrangements till the Annapurna base camp. Whenever we had questions, Bishow was ready to answer them or give us a call, which was really nice and comforting. Also both guides Bohj dai and Subba dai were a big bonus to our trip. They really made the trip complete for us. Normally you only arrange for 1 guide, but since there was another guy trekking the same trail as us, and the guides knew each other, we decided to join our groups. Along the way to base camp you walk through villages and make stops at tea houses which is really nice. I would definitely recommend the Nepali Masala tea and the Dal Bhat if you feel like filling up your belly with something nice, warm and especially tasty.

ABC Trek with Poon Hill
06 Apr 2024
I did the Annapurna Base Camp trek via Pun Hill with Hiking bees. Kamal, the guide I was paired with, was professional, knowledgeable, experienced, and easy to share a laugh with. He taught me a lot about the landscape and the culture. I landed in Khatmandu, and within 24 hours after engaging Hiking Bees, I was on a bus to Pokhara and treking the day after. There was no delay only efficiency when it came to organising the trek.

Thank you, Hiking Bees, for making it such a painless experience.

We love Bhoj and Subba
02 Sep 2023
Me and my (Dutch) friends did a 7-day hike to Annapurna Basecamp (ABC) and very much enjoyed ourselves and our guides. Our "package" included the accommodations, a return ticket (bus/jeep from and to Pokhara), and one guide (due to another hiker joining our company we had two guides - sort of). The pace of the hike was doable, the guides provided ample opportunity to alter plans according to our needs. Throughout the hike both Bhoj and Shubba (i.e., the guides) provided us with small peeks into Nepalese culture and languages, such as playing incomprehensible card games with us - it was great fun and insightful! We would have loved it if we could have extended our hike with a few more days, if only for their company (and the beautiful views).
Some important points perhaps for future hikers:

-Communication prior to the trip: All information was supplied, and we felt well-informed. The owner was friendly and approachable, it was easy to reach him via mobile for further questions.

-Price/quality: cheapest of all hikers we met on our trail.

-Any feedback?: The owner did request quite a lot of times for us to write a review (no problem of course, here you go ;D!).

TLDR: We had great fun and would definitely recommend hiking bees.
