Tour Description

Namo Buddha Hiking is one of the popular hiking destinations near Kathmandu. Namo Buddha, located approximately 40 kilometers southeast of Kathmandu, is a significant Buddhist pilgrimage site in Nepal. Situated at an elevation of 1,750 meters, Namo Buddha holds immense religious and cultural significance for Buddhists around the world. This hiking starts from Kavre Bhanjyang and we reach the starting point of the trek with a private car from Kathmandu. The drive is about 1-2 hrs upon reaching the starting point of the trek. We walk through the lush green forests enjoying nature and taking pictures along the trail. The hike usually takes about 2-3 hours. 

After reaching the Namo Buddha Monastery, we will have our lunch and start to explore the area.
